How do I place a wholesale order?
To place a wholesale order, simply browse our catalog, add items to your quote cart, and submit a request. You can also call our sales line directly for large bulk purchases. Once your quote is approved, we will send an invoice for payment.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category. Generally, we require a minimum order value of £200 for mixed items. For specific bulk pallets, the quantity is listed on the product page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the items have not left our warehouse. Please contact our support team immediately at +44 113 2974 2477 if you need to make changes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged or defective goods within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us within this timeframe with photographic evidence. Due to the nature of wholesale clearance, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind."

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (next day) for mainland UK. For Highlands and Islands, delivery times may vary. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your goods arrive safely.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve businesses within the United Kingdom. For international inquiries or large export orders, please contact our sales team to discuss logistics and customs arrangements.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You will see a shipping estimate once you proceed to checkout or receive your formal quote. Free shipping is available for orders over £1,000.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (BACS), debit cards, and credit cards. For established wholesale partners with a credit history, we may offer Net-30 payment terms upon application and approval.
How do I apply for a trade account?
You can apply for a trade account by filling out the form on our "Contact" page. You will need to provide your business registration details and VAT number if applicable. Approval typically takes 2-3 business days.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, we are a VAT-registered business. A VAT invoice is automatically generated and sent with every order confirmation. You can also download past invoices from your account dashboard.
Product Information
Are your products brand new or returned?
We sell a mix of brand new surplus stock, customer returns, and shelf-pulls. Each product page clearly labels the condition of the items so you know exactly what you are buying.
Do you test electronic items?
Unless stated otherwise, electrical items are sold as "untested" or "for parts/repair" to keep costs low. We recommend that all electrical goods undergo a safety PAT test before resale.
