If we discover an error in the price of Goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Prices for Goods are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are additional and will be displayed at checkout.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods. We accept payments via credit/debit card and bank transfer. You confirm that the card or bank account you are using is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address or to the carrier if we arrange delivery on your behalf. Title to the Goods shall only pass to you when full payment has been received by us.

5.3 Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Generally, we accept returns of unopened, unused, and resalable Goods within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the Goods are faulty or incorrect.
